We only use well known carriers such as USPS, DHL and UPS for shipping.
Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. The below shipping times are for guidelines and commence from the date of dispatch.
Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in
- 12 - 16 Business days. This time is in addition to the "Time to Ship" time provided with each product.
Expedited/Priority Mail Shipping: Orders shipped via expedited delivery typically arrive in
- 1 - 3 Business days. This time is in addition to the "Time to Ship" time provided with each product.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
This is the processing time our team require to ship the product. E.g. If the "Time to Ship" for a product is 2-3 weeks, then it will take our team 2-3 weeks to prepare the product and then we will ship the item post that duration (Time to ship).
Your actual time to receive item(s) depends on "Time to Ship" + Shipping time. So if you order an item where the "Time to Ship" is 3-4 weeks and you chose standard shipping then the your time to receive package will be 3-4 weeks (Time to Ship) + 12-16 business days (Estimated time for standard shipping).
If your order contains multiple items with different "Time to Ship" times then your order will only be shipped when all products are ready. E.g. If your order contains one item with "Time to Ship" 2-3 weeks and another item with "Time to Ship" 3-4 weeks then your order will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.
Where can we ship:
Currently we only deliver to North America including United States of America (that includes all 50 states, Washington, DC, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Canada.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched. If an order is expedited, a physical address will be needed since UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any custom fees or taxes at the customer location
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
Taxes and Duties:
Our items are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means import duties, custom taxes or other local sales taxes are not included in our displayed product prices on our website (www.khubsoorat.com). Any Custom or local sales tax must be paid directly by the buyer. As the buyer, you are responsible for all import duties or any local taxes which may be payable, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
When an order is valued at $250 or more, we require signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
