We try our very best to provide great quality and well-fitted clothes to our customers. Sometimes there could be cases where the item you receive might be defective, in those cases follow our policy and exchange criteria that will allow you to exchange the defective item.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at email@example.com immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing.

What is our Exchange (Replace) Policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds.We only exchange (replace) items if it meets below criteria:
- Items you received are with a manufacturing defect.
- Item you received is the incorrect item (then the item ordered)
Exchange eligible items must provide below:
- Must provide the original tags and packaging
- Must provide a written record of the reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for return.
- Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be replaced.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with Order # details and we will contact you for the next steps.
If any exchanges do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you, and shipping cost to return the item to you will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Who is responsible for shipping an item for Exchange (Replace) item?
Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for exchanging their item with us, this includes shipping cost for an item from customer to khubsoorat and then khubsoorat to customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where they live, the time it may take for their exchanged item to reach item, may vary.
