We try our very best to provide great quality and well-fitted Jewelry items to our customers. Sometimes there could be cases where the item you receive might be defective, in those cases follow our below mentioned Returns policy.

What is your Returns Policy?

Khubsoorat gladly accepts returns of items purchased online from our store within 7 days from delivery date. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns, however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for any returns. Merchandise must be with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before removing item tags.

Please Note: Items in sales category are not able to be returned or exchanged, please understands.

If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us (at info@khubsoorat.com) and we will assist you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a merchandise credit if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Items returned to us with any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

What is our Refund Policy?

We only accept merchandise credit for items purchased Online based on the Returns policy requirements mentioned above. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. 

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece or damaged during shipment, please email us (at info@khubsoorat.com) within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a brand-new piece. However, after 7 days we are no longer liable for any items damage. 

Who is responsible for shipping an item for returns?

Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item with us, this includes shipping cost for an item from customer to khubsoorat and then khubsoorat to customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where they live, the time it may take for their exchanged item to reach item, may vary.  

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@khubsoorat.com immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing.
